CV 2v2 Territory Wars

Welcome to CV's 2v2 territory wars thread. The goal is to own the most territories out of everyone in the clan.

The Rules
1. You can only have three pending challenges at a time if you are the one challenging. If everyone wants Rainbow Road from you, then you might have to race it five times in the same day.
2.a. You have three days to respond to any challenge. The persons challenging may decide to contact you in Skype or in the chat box, but wherever it be, you have to accept. Once the 3 days are up, a forfeit is the result in favor of the challengers.(50-0).
2.b. Exceptions can be made to rule 2.a.
3. If someone quits the clan, then their tracks go through a random number generator and will be given out accordingly.
4. There is no limit for how many tracks a team can own.
5.a. If 1 person has their team forfeit twice in a row, their tracks will be removed and given out randomly.
5.b. If that person had the same partner in both instances, an exception may be made for one or both of them.
5.c. The person forfeiting may recieve an exception, if: 1. The challengers couldn't get together to race, 2. The forfeiter was on a vacation, or for any other reason was unable to access their Wii.
5.d. Consequences may apply to anyone who challenges for a course owned by someone who cannot play within the forfeit window, unless arrangements are made.
6.a. Each track owned is worth 1 point.
6.b. If someone is an owner of every track in a cup, they get a "Monopoly" and 1 bonus point. If they lose any track in their Monopoly, they lose the bonus as well.
7. After you have found the track you want to challenge for and a partner you have to come in contact with the people that own the track. If both of them are online you can challenge them that same day, but if one or more of those people are not online then you can post the pending challenge on this thread. You need to both tell the team that you are challenging them and post on thread.
8. If you have failed the challenge then you must wait two more days before having the chance to challenge for that track again.
9. Once you have gained a track, that track is yours for a day before anyone can challenge for it again.
10. There cannot be two pending challenges for the same track at the same time.
11. Remember you can only race in two challenge matches of which you are challenging for in a day, so if you have a scheduled challenge match in two days, and someone wants to challenge for it today, then they can challenge for it first.
12.a. All races will be two GPs with only that track being races.
12.b. If you choose a different track and it gets chosen then you team automatically loses that challenge.
13.a. The tiebreaker is an additional GP.
13.b. Additional tiebreakers will be added until a winner is determined.
14.a. No glitching or hacking is allowed whatsoever.
14.b. If someone is caught cheating then they have to forfeit all the tracks they own and start over. (There has to be legitimate proof.)
15. There should be picture uploaded for proof of a win, but there doesn't have to be if someone from both teams confirm the scores.
16.a. If there is a new participant and someone has recently left CV and their courses haven't gone through the random number generator, the new member will get all of those courses, with rule 16.b. being applied.
16.b. New participants receiving free courses may only get a maximum of 5 not counting the randomized ones that anyone can get.
16.c. If rules 16.a. and 16.b. do not apply, new participants will have to earn courses for themselves.
16.d. If rules 16.a or 16.c apply, recently new participants that still own fewer than 5 tracks will receive tracks should someone quit CV, until they do have 5. They will be given, as always, via random number generator, if there is more than enough, or there are multiple recently new participants with fewer than 5 tracks.
16.e. The recently new participants that have participated the longest receiving the tracks given when rule 16.d applies will get tracks first.
16.f. Rules 16.d and 16.e DO NOT apply if a recently new participant has gained 5 tracks and has simply fallen below that number.

Clam and pika take RR from Luke and Yuki. Yuki dodges a blue shell when clam gets it and stops so I got hit </3. GGs guys xD

I did make a mistake in the standings, I put Pika with 5 tracks when he actually has 6. I apologize and they should be fixed now.
